POOR DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN GHANA.

For some unidentifiable years now, Ghanaians always suffer when it rains. Information reaching us is that, the Ghana Meteorological Service has confirmed that, there will be excessive rainfall for the next five(5) months which strategically starts from this month. On Thursday, at about 11:40pm, it rained heavily,which some people who encounted the rain explained that, it was a "five hours non-stop rain".
