ASSEMBLY MAN FIGHTS CHIEF ACCUSING HIM OF DEFILING COURT ORDER.

The assembly member for Brongkon Afrancho, Hon Philip Sarkodie Addo has accused the chief of the community Nana Darko Amprah II for illegally building stalls at a site where the Roman Catholic church sought interlocutory injunction, preventing them from building a BOT toilet facility.

The story indicated that, last year the entire community came into conclusion to build a toilet facility at this same site after which the chief and the Roman Catholic church went for court injunction over it but he is surprised how the chief made a u-turn to build on the same plot.

"Am surprised how come a whole chief defile court order, even you prevented the entire community from building BOT on the site but now you want to use the same plot for stalls. I know the district assembly is not even aware of this buildings", he reiterated.

He stated that residents at Afrancho have planned to stage massive demonstration against the chief,if he continues with the building.
