The General Overseer for Shiloh United Church at Asuyeboah in the Ashanti Region, Archbishop Dr. Richard Addae has reiterated its quest that, the strive for fame and power is as a cause of corrupt prophets in the country.
He disclosed this to Metro news Fred Nyame in an interview, adding that, some young prophets have these days gained riches and are rushing for premature fame, believing this has resulted to "fake" prophecies we see in the system.
"I can assure you that, the strive to gain worth and fame has resulted to fake prophecies, sometimes I feel embarrassed when I see them doing all sorts of things which is not Biblical, Ghanaians must be watchful because the end time is nearer, so that they don't follow those greedy prophets", he stressed.
In addition, he appealed to those men of God who are competing among themselves to know its against the doctrine pf Christianity.
